Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation after 24 hours will be charged 50% of scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total and put on a “No-Show Watch List” (after 3 no-shows, you will be asked to see a different salon).
Fees will need to be paid within 24 hours issued or termination will occur. No future appointment can be scheduled until late fee is paid.
Holiday Cancellation Fees: Thanksgiving Week: 100% of the scheduled service.
Week leading to Christmas: 100% of the scheduled service.
